You can exchange or return unused panties within 30 days. You may try on the panties over top of the underwear you are wearing. Simply fill out the form in our exchange and return portal and return the panties to femtis. The postage for the return shipment is borne by the customer. Please only return to:

Flexible selection

You want to change into panties that cost more? Or choose additional panties? No problem. You will receive a payment request from us. After receipt of payment, we will send you the desired exchange goods immediately!

Extra discount

The femtis quantity discounts also apply to the exchange. The decisive factor is the number of panties you keep in the end. If you choose additional panties when exchanging, you can benefit from additional discounts!

At femtis you get your money back quickly! We will refund returns within 3 working days after receiving the shipment.

• Exchange option: Exchange is of course possible at femtis, you do not have to place a new order with extra shipping costs!

• Free choice of shipping service provider: Some providers oblige you to purchase a 5,- EUR return label, even if you only want to return or exchange a single panty. At femtis, the following applies: You decide for yourself which service you want to use, because shipping alternatives such as Deutsche Post or Hermes are often cheaper!
