PayPal

You pay the invoice amount via your PayPal account. The goods will be shipped to you immediately.

Payment in advance / bank transfer

After the order you will receive an e-mail confirmation with our bank account details to which you transfer the invoice amount. After receipt of payment, the goods will be shipped to you immediately.

Sofort (Klarna)

Sofort, formerly SOFORT Überweisung, is a TÜV-certified online payment system from Klarna GmbH, Munich. You need an online banking account and use your online banking data incl. PIN / TAN to settle the invoice amount. The goods will be shipped to you immediately.

MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, iDEAL

You pay directly online. The goods will be shipped to you immediately.

Discreet shipping

The goods will be shipped in neutral packaging (without indication of "femtis").

Delivery Service

In Germany, delivery is by Deutsche Post or DHL.

Packing Station / post office (Germany)

If the delivery is to go to a German packing station or post station, please enter in the order form at address:

1. Additional address / Company: Your DHL postal number (personal customer number)
2. Street / No: State "Packstation" (=packing station) or "Postfiliale" (=post station) with number
3. Postal code: Zip code of the packing station / post office
4. Location: Location of the packing station / post office

Customs Switzerland

For customers from Switzerland custom fees and other taxes may incur. The customer is responsible for these fees. Any fees are paid to the appropiate customs agency by the customer. We recommend asking for details from the customs or tax authorities before ordering, Swiss Customs Information Office: Phone +41 58 467 15 15. VAT exemption Switzerland

We do not offer VAT refunds for goods exported to Switzerland.
