Would you like to return your panties? No problem.
You can return unused panties within 30 days. It is possible to try them on over other underwear. Simply register your return in your customer account and send the panties back to femtis. The postage for the return shipment is covered by the customer.

1. Check return conditions
Please make sure that the panties you are returning are unworn, in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Panties that have been worn or are not in perfect condition cannot be exchanged or refunded.
2. Register return in customer account
Log in to your account to register your return. You can access your account using a one-time password that we will send you by email.
Select your order, go to "Request return" and select all the products you would like to return.
After we have checked your request, you will be notified by email and can make the return.
3. Return
Our customers return goods at their own expense. You can choose the shipping provider and the shipping method yourself. Returns are possible from €1.60 as a large letter.
Please do not forget to include your name and order number with the return so that the return can be correctly allocated and send it to:

4. Refund
At femtis you get your money back quickly! We refund returns within 3 working days of receiving the parcel.
