Ingredients:

With lady's mantle herb, yarrow herb, nettle leaves, from certified organic farming

Brewing instructions:

Pour boiling water (100°C) over the tea, steep for 5 - 8 minutes and leave to cool to drinking temperature.

Storage:

Store in an airtight container, protected from heat and in a dry place.
